1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Simonton Parking website and purchasing a parking ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Simonton Parking provides a web-based platform for purchasing digital parking tickets. Customers can select a parking ticket, provide personal information and a phone number, complete a payment via Stripe, and receive an SMS confirmation with their invoice.

3. Ticket Purchase & Validity

All parking ticket purchases are final. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and our discretion.
Each parking ticket is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Validity begins immediately upon successful payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have selected the correct ticket type and duration before completing your purchase.
Your vehicle's plate number must be entered accurately. Simonton Parking is not responsible for tickets purchased with incorrect plate numbers.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Prices include applicable taxes as displayed at the time of purchase.
An invoice will be generated and sent to you via SMS after successful payment.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and completing a ticket purchase, you consent to receive the following transactional SMS messages from Simonton Parking:

Purchase Confirmation: An SMS with your invoice link sent immediately after successful payment.
Expiry / Renewal Reminder: A single SMS reminder (when applicable) sent before your parking ticket expires that may include a link to renew.

Message frequency: You will receive a maximum of 1–2 SMS messages per parking ticket purchase (confirmation and, when applicable, one reminder).

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications for future purchases. You may also contact us at hello@example.com for assistance.

SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Your phone number is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a ticket.
You are responsible for complying with all parking regulations in the designated area.
Misuse of the service, including providing false information, may result in suspension of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simonton Parking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to parking fines, vehicle towing, or any loss resulting from system outages or errors.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific parking ticket in question.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
